Terms & Conditions
Buyer means the specific or company that gets or agrees to get the Goods from the Seller.

All orders for Product shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Item pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and go through acceptance by the Seller. The Homeowner may pick not to accept an order for any reason.
Where the Goods ordered by the Purchaser are not offered from stock the Buyer shall be notified and given the option to either delay until the Goods are readily available from stock or revoke the order and receive a complete refund within 30 days.

In any event time of distribution shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be accountable for any losses, expenses, damages or expenses sustained by the Buyer or any third party developing straight or indirectly from any failure to fulfill any expected delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer's address pointed out in the order and the Purchaser shall make all plans necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for shipment.
Title and danger in the Goods shall pass to the Purchaser upon distribution of the Goods.
The Homeowner reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Internet site, which can not be guaranteed for any period of time. The Seller shall strive to make sure prices are right at the point at which the Purchaser puts an order.
The Seller reserves the right to take out any products from the Internet site at any time.
The Consumer shall check the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 14 working days of shipment verifying in writing if the Goods are harmed or do not comply with any of the Agreement. If the Customer fails to do so the Consumer shall be considered to have actually accepted the Goods. Once made use of the Goods could not be returned unless flawed. If any term or provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of skilled jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the rest of the arrangements hereof shall continue in full force and impact as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable arrangement eliminated.
The Homeowner shall be entitled to modify these Terms at any time however this right shall not affect the existing Terms accepted by the Purchaser upon purchasing.
These Terms and Conditions shall be regulated by and taken in accordance with the law of England and the celebrations hereby submit to the special jurisdiction of the English courts.
